Neverwash Studio

My studio is dedicated to my grandfather James Pollock who, when I was a child, had me convinced that he was a First Nations Chief, thick Scottish accent and all. He was Big Chief Dirty Neck of the Neverwash Tribe. I am sure that it is to him that I owe my imagination and my ability as an adult to keep on playing. This picture is on a post card that my grandmother sent to me when I was about 8. She said on the card that this was my grandfather and of course I believed her.
