What a remarkable day. I drove up to Eagles Nest Park about a week after it reopened. It was a very warm day and the fall colours were peaking. The view from up here is fantastic. The downside is that the perfect weather and colours meant that I had a lot of company. I do like chatting with people and, unlike some of my artist friends, I welcome the distraction. Today, however, it became hard to get time to paint. |
