This was painted in Eagles Nest Park in Bancroft. I was looking for something to paint and these dead hemlocks jumped out at me. They are very dead and still standing proud. It was a warm spring day with a clear blue sky. I am still having fun with this palette and getting more comfortable with a slighly more abstract look. |
